Pizza Nite

I didn’t have much food in my fridge today.  I had some salad and some leftover pork roast, but nothing really substantial for my honey when he came home today.  Decided to make pizza using Anna’s tarte flambe recipe.  It is super easy and quick, the dough is basically done in as little as twenty minutes.  I tend to wait a little longer because I like to see how much the dough has risen.  Today, I added some dried oregano and chilli flakes to the dough.

Flour + Spices

After mixing with a wood spoon and kneading
ever so slightly.

After about 30 minutes of waiting for the dough to rise.

Cheese + Black olive pizza, just for my honey.

Right after baking.  So heavenly!

Definitely worth it and super quick to whip up after work.  Bon appetit :)
